Many Thanks Jeff!! The condo was clean, spacious and very well equipped. It's situated in a quiet and safe area. The walk to the beach was closer than we expected. We had a great time & will definitively be back!

The Condo was great! It was spacious enough for the 5 of us to fit comfortably as well as very clean. The walk to the beach was 2 minutes and so close to all of the attractions(Ocean Breeze WaterPark/Motor World& VA Aquarium). I will definitely stay again. Thanks Jeff :)

Nous sommes descendus pour la première fois cet été au condo de Jeff. Nous (famille de 6) avons été vraiment comblés par notre séjour dans ce très chaleureux et douillet petit appartement. C'était vraiment agréable d'habiter à 5 minutes (oui oui c'est vrai!!!) de la plage. Merci Jeff pour cette vacance qui fût très appréciée autant des les parents que des enfants.

What a Great Place. We loved the location. The Apartment was exactly how Jeff Descirbed and we had everything we needed for a great Vacation. Will with definately be staying with Jeff again.

We just got back from our stay at Jeff's condo. It was great! I LOVE Virginia Beach so much and had not been in years, coming back was so wonderful and it was awesome to have such a nice fully equipped and comfortable place to stay that is close to everything without being stuck right in the middle of all the chaos of the resorts. My son is 2 and he had a blast on his first adventure to Virginia Beach. The condo is SO close to everything! The beach, the aquarium, fishing pier, Ocean Breeze water park & Motor World!! I would HIGHLY recommend staying there!!

We've been coming to Jeff's for quite a few years. We find it to be a great location, near the beach but at the quiet end of everyting. We enjoy the walking, it's never boring, plenty of things to do there.. Great fishing pier too!

We just stayed for our second time at Jeff's condo. We love it there! The walk to the beach isn't bad at all, and everything on the strip is within walking distance as well. There is definitely something in VA Beach for people of every age! :)

Jeff. Love the web site. Thought I'd add some comments for the guest book and those potential future clients.
This will be year 7 that we have stayed with Jeff, and I can state that the location, cleanliness, convenience of this unit shines every year. Jeff has maintained, painted, and upgraded this unit evey year and it shows every time we arrive.
If you have stayed in VA Beach before, the cost and convenience of the condo outdo the beachfront hotels. Fill the fridge, get some good steaks and eat like kings minutes away from the beach.
No hassle to park the car, walk back to the condo if you forget something or need a resupply for the beach.
Walk to all attractions in the evening, and with young kids, the VA Beach Trolley is 2 blocks away.
We'll be there every year!
